How Do I Access My Digital Download After Purchase?

After payment clears, you will receive an email with a link to the download your files. Click on the link to start your download. The JPEG and MP4 file/files will then be downloaded into your recent downloads folder. You can then view them there and save them into any folder that you like.

Sometimes there can be problems when downloading to phones. We suggest you save these products on your computer.

I didn't get my download!

Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder first.

If it's not in there, don't worry, sometimes technology isn't as reliable as we think. Please email us at hello@facepainting-hub.co.uk and we can talk you through the process of downloading a product.

How do I store my digital downloads?

It’s best if you download and save it to your computer. You can download it up to two times but once it is downloaded to your computer you can view it as many times as you like.

Can I share these digital downloads with my friends?

Please read the terms of use above. Simply put, no. Please direct your friends to our website so that they can buy the product themselves. We have worked very hard on these digital products and have kept them at very reasonable prices so that everyone has the ability to have their own copy.

In Person Class FAQ's

Do I need to bring anything?

Everything you need will be provided, from paint and brushes to sponges and glitter, however, you are welcome to bring your kit if you prefer.

What if I have never used face paint before?

That’s fine! We all started somewhere and the beginners course is a safe and supportive place to learn. …it will show everything from choosing the right brush and loading the paint to health and hygiene.

Will there be products to buy on the day?

Yes! We will have both brushes and face paints available to buy on the day so bring some cash!

Can I pay in instalments?

No sorry, the full fee is payable at time of booking.

Is there parking?

Yes, right out side the venue.

Do I need to bring lunch?

Yes, however, all other refreshments and snacks throughout the day will be provided.

Can I bring my child/children?

We want to ensure the day is entirely focused on building your skills, so these classes are for adults only, 18+ years.

I’m scared I’ll be rubbish!

We all started somewhere and actually seeing instructors paint up close is the best way to help you with your skills and confidence. Plus being in a room full of like minded people, with the same goal, is one of the most encouraging and motivating places to give you the confidence to move forwards with your dream!

What happens if I am ill on the day and can’t attend?

The full fee is payable in advance and unless you are able to find a replacement, we are unable to offer refunds.
